Alba has been part of the Jahjaga Foundation team since September 2023, initially as an intern and now as a project assistant. As a student at RIT Kosovo, in the field of security, public policy, and governance, Alba is eager to understand and contribute to addressing societal challenges. She has been able to fulfill this desire through her participation in various projects that address sensitive issues and aim to empower women in society. Currently, Alba assists in the CDF project, which aims to reduce recruitment and radicalization in Kosovo by addressing inter-ethnic tensions and poverty through initiatives focused on inclusive education and the creation of economic opportunities.
